We work from the plan or from a walkthrough: layout and design, rough-in, inspection, then trim-out and final. Additions, finished basements, kitchen and bath remodels, detached garages and shops, and new builds.

What that looks like

• Load calculation and panel/service sizing for the finished space
• Circuit layout — receptacle spacing, dedicated circuits, small-appliance and laundry circuits
• Rough-in wiring, boxes, and can-light layout
• Smoke and CO detector placement to code
• Data, low-voltage, and outdoor circuits while the walls are open
• Trim-out: devices, fixtures, covers, labeling, and final inspection

Bring us in early — it is far cheaper to plan circuits before drywall than after.
